We collect names, contact details, company information, requirements and transaction information as needed to answer inquiries, arrange services and manage contracts. Applications include resumes, language skills, relevant experience and contact details. Do not include identity document numbers, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Purposes of Use
Information is used for local and tailor-made travel inquiries, bookings and arrangements; property purchase, sale, rental and management communications and records; international business, company registration and corporate cooperation; and recruitment selection and communications. When the client portal is used, it also supports authentication, case progress, properties, management reports and travel records. Additional information is requested only as needed, with an explanation of its purpose.
Third Parties and External Services
Arrangements may involve transport, accommodation and other providers. Personal data is provided following prior explanation, consent or a legally permitted exception. Outsourced processing and third-party disclosure are treated separately, and processors handle data within the entrusted purpose. Processing by Google, Supabase and other external services may take place outside Japan. Contact us for information about processing locations and safeguards. Legally required explanations and consent procedures are handled under the applicable rules.
Website Forms and the Client Portal
Service inquiries, company information forms and property purchase inquiries are received through the website. Supabase is used to record cases, and Google Apps Script forwards the information to Google Sheets for organization. Email notifications are also sent to the company for handling. The client portal uses Supabase for authentication and case, property and report management, with access restricted by login role and data ownership. Job applications are received at the designated email address.
Cookies and Website Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse pages, devices, referral sources and inquiry interactions, using cookies or similar technologies where applicable. Login state and form security also use browser storage or session information. Cookies can be managed in your browser; disabling necessary storage may affect login or forms.
Retention and Security
Retention is assessed according to purpose, contract administration and legal obligations. The portal includes authentication and access restrictions. Information and outsourced processing are managed under applicable law; information about security measures can be requested from the contact below. Deletion and restriction requests are handled under legal conditions.
Access, Correction and Restriction
Under applicable law, you may request notification of purposes, access to retained personal data or third-party disclosure records, correction, addition, deletion, restriction of use or cessation of third-party disclosure. Email your name, contact details and specific request. Identity or authority is checked appropriately when needed. Requests are handled under legal requirements, with reasons given if they cannot be fully fulfilled. Any legally applicable fee is explained in advance.
