Field Support

Support travel reception, real estate and related on-site work in Kansai.

Compensation: From JPY 1,300/hour for short-term employment; freelance fees discussed separately.
Responsibilities: Travel reception, event support, property photography, viewing accompaniment and on-site assistance.
Location: Osaka Prefecture and the Kansai region
Engagement: Registration-based / assigned by project
Language Skills: Chinese, Japanese or English skills are a plus, depending on the assignment.

Operations Planning

Bring your creativity and initiative to TUKISUMI’s operations and development.

Compensation: From JPY 1,300/hour for part-time work in Japan; freelance fees and project performance rewards discussed separately.
Responsibilities: Social media, marketing, public relations planning, and administrative and operational support.
Location: Japan and Taiwan / remote work negotiable
Engagement: Part-time employment / project-based freelance work
Language Skills: Requirements vary by assignment; Japanese is a plus.
Who We Welcome: University students, recent graduates, part-time applicants and those interested in marketing and planning are welcome.

Sales Advisors

Use your existing client network to develop Japan’s real estate and travel markets.

Real Estate Sales Advisor

Develop property-buyer leads in Taiwan, organise requirements and assist with communication. The Japan team handles property research, consultations and transactions.

Who We Welcome

Experience in real estate, finance, insurance or client development is a plus.

We value an existing client base, personal networks, communication skills and business development experience. Japanese is not required.

Real Estate Advisor

Travel Sales Advisor

Use your client network and group-organising skills to develop travel opportunities in Kansai, Japan.

The initial focus is golf groups around Kansai International Airport. The Japan team coordinates courses, accommodation and transport.

Who We Welcome

Priority is given to applicants with an established client base and the ability to bring groups together, such as:

Golf coaches and golf course professionals
Team captains, committee members and community organisers
Business professionals with corporate golf clients
Experienced sales professionals and freelancers with golfing networks
Travel-related businesses with group clients

Travel industry experience and Japanese are not required.

Travel Advisor

Compensation: Individually agreed based on the assignment and actual results
Location: Japan and Taiwan / remote work negotiable
Engagement: Independent contractor / assignments accepted by project
Language Skills: Mainly Chinese; Japanese is not required.
